Use Teleporter to move 2 squares away from the enemy. This can be used to create distance to safely throw out Hook Shot attacks.

Use Hammer to negate the enemy's Block card. This will limit the options that the enemy has against your offence.

Adela does not have a natural air mobility option. You can use Air Spike to give Adela the opportunity to be Airborne.

Red Effect: Hitstun
Use Anti Air to dissuade the enemy from jumping. This will allow your attacks that target standing to have a higher chance of hitting the enemy.

Airbase
Air Dash has a reduced cooldown of 2 instead of 4
Airbase is the longest stage in the game with 10 squares. This gives Adela space to disengage if necessary.
Booster Lane
Super Dash has a reduced super cost from 3 to 2.
With Super Dash having a supercharge cost of 2, a single Cloaking Suit will give you enough charge. Use this to increase your mobility options.
